I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (New York, NY) in Feb 2024
Interview
Recruiter was disorganized and unresponsive. Ghosted me for a week right after asking me for my schedule, then sent an invite through - last minute - for the wrong time. Gave me incorrect instructions on the assessment which caused an undue amount of stress.
Panel interview was an hour of robotic questions, no warmth, and no room to ask my own. Hiring manager was the only shining light on this process.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce in Jul 2023
Interview
Five rounds of interviews over three weeks, including a recruiter screen, interviews with the VP and Director of the team for the role, an ops manager, and a culture interview
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Standard questions about my past work experience; only the "culture" interview was non-standard, as it was with someone the company matched me with who had no input on the role whatsoever
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2021
Interview
One call with recruiter, followed by direct manager.
Had to wait literally a month for any sort of update, Follow up messages basically ignored. Felt like any sort of positive sentiment from early on in the interview process was undone by the long response times and dismissive attitude in emails. Also, their interview prep materials were never once brought up during the calls.
