Interview
Kind of shocked at the level of immaturity in the hiring process. This company and I invested time in a phone screen and 3 interviews with the team. The hiring manager told me they had to figure out how to get me on their team. Every interview went really well and then…nothing. So I sent a follow up email thanking them for their time and asking for any feedback. Nothing. No phone call, no email, no form letter. For a company that makes its money off of forming and maintaining relationships with business clients, the interview process moreso reflected a funeral home. Getting declines is a completely normal part of the application and interview process. Getting ghosted at a Senior Director level consulting role is not normal and doesn’t reflect the level of professionalism a position like this requires. Would not recommend - try a company that will give you meaningful feedback when you invest your time.

Question 1
one of my favorite questions: “well, I wasn’t really briefed on this in advance on what they’re looking for so maybe we want to start with you telling me about yourself”
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce in Oct 2022
Interview
I had a great recruiter who kept me very informed of the process and what to expect. The scheduling and hiring decision were fast and efficient. Interviews were open and interactive versus a list of prepared questions that don't allow for full exploration of experience.
