I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (New York, NY) in Apr 2024
Interview
I had four rounds of interviews and one casual chat. Recruiter screen, two behaviorals, and one final case. Got my offer offer a few days later. Had a very positive experience with all of my interviews-- everyone was extremely nice and my recruiter was very communicative and supportive.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Can you tell me about a time a client disagreed with your recommendations/findings and how you handled that?
Hr phone screen, 1:1 with hiring manger, panel presentation of sample data with about a week of turnaround time. Panel was mostly nice and conversational, but the feedback received indicated that they wanted a more experienced person. This would have been more helpful to have been determined before having me do the assignment and wasting my time. I would be careful about accepting another assignment from this company.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (New York, NY) in Nov 2021
Interview
Lengthy interview process that is not worth your time or energy. My process was around 8 rounds
- Intro call with the recruiter
- Call with hiring manager
- 1 hour excel test
- Send in a case study presentation
- Present the case study presentation to a panel
- I then got matched to another team and had another intro call with a hiring manager
- final interview 3, 1:1's with the team
