I applied online. I interviewed at Salesforce in Jan 2022
Interview
I applied through their job portal and got a call with an HR staff. The call was brief and not informative. He could not tell much about the position and the company culture. On top of that, his internet was cut off very often with background noises.
After that I have waited 2 weeks to receive a feedback that I will go to the next round to meet the team. Three weeks later, I still have not heard back from them. During the time, I was asked to re-apply with a new job link. He said there is a big clean-up going on. Now on the job portal I can see myself applied for two different positions.
Very disrespectful for my time and energy.
