A recruiter reached out to me about this role and I wound up having a total of three calls - first was a screening call, second was with another recruiter, and the third was a panel interview with three senior leaders. Communication from the recruiter was fast and thorough. They moved me through the process pretty quickly but made sure I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions. I felt thoroughly prepared for the panel interview thanks to the info provided by the recruiter. Generally a great experience.

After speaking with HR, there is a two-round interview process. The first interview is behavioral and conversational. The second is a panel interview -- the candidate prepares a presentation and walks through it with the interviewers. Its not a "role play" presentation -- you need to summarize a project you've worked on and exemplify your executive presence.
