I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Had to go through a confusing process with the recruiter. Not really sure it we their fault but very unclear next steps. On the final interview, one interviewer left shortly after the call started and was gone for 30 minutes, and the other showed up 30 minutes late due to a schedule conflict. I was sitting in the virtual meeting room for 30 minutes on my own. All for a interview that was suppose to be a presentation that required a significant amount of time to prepare.

Question 1
How did we get connected for this interview? (seriously, they had no idea how I even got set up)
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Question 1
Explain your sales process
How do you perform outreach
Describe a deal won
Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

Question 1
Walk me through a deal example and how you won the opportunity.
pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
