1 phone interview, 2 in-person interviews, and reference check (5 references!). I had 3 interviews over the course of 2 weeks, and then was asked to provide 5 references. I received an auto-generated email almost 2 months later. The process was very disorganized and unprofessional. Employers should not request 5 references, and then ghost the interviewer for 2 months. I ultimately never heard back from the recruiter, but instead received an insulting auto email. Unprofessional staff. Apply elsewhere.
