Two-phase interview process. First round was a structured interview with a drpartment manager focusing on leadership experience, daily operations, and scenario-based questions. Second round involved higher management, discussing expectations, workload, decision-making, and team leadership style, but mostly rather than them asking how you present yourself.

Interview
I arrived on time for an interview with the assistant manager. She had forgotten about the appointment so I waited 30+ minutes before we began. The waiting wasn't a problem, but forgetting gave me a negative picture of what my value would be as an employee.
I was interviewed by the assistant manager & the store manager. I was asked three questions: Can you tell us about yourself, how are you with technology, do you have any questions. The AM kept glancing at the SM while I was speaking and it reinforced my feeling that employees have little value at this location. It was over in less than 20 min.
The job was full time, hours Wed - Su 12:30pm - 9 pm no exceptions, and supervise 5 - 7 people per shift. The pay offered was $21/hour. I didn't think that was enough $$ for the schedule I would have and for the number of people I would be supervising.
I contacted the assistant manager the next day to ask about any schedule flexibility. Almost 36 hours later with no response, I withdrew my application.

Question 1
They only asked me to tell them about myself. And how I felt about technology. That's it.

Interview
Very relaxed interview process consisted of asking me about my previous experiences. My interviewer tended to listen more than ask a lot necessarily. Since this was a lead position they mentioned they wanted someone good with numbers and able to work well with others.
