Well, I filled out an on line application. Then i received a call back within in 2 day for a full time position as a night shift merchandiser. They give you 3 interviews in one shot. They ask you question like, why do you want to work for Sam's, describe a time and place where you changed a procedure with a previous company, and conflicts you may of had on the job and something about team leadership. I am working there now at night and i like it. They do a lot of promotions within the company so that is great. They start you with 10.50 at night

Interview
they call for interview, you go and meet with a supervisor for your first interview and they review your application and ask you basic interview questions. If you fit you will get a second interview hopefully the same day if they are not busy with a salaried member of management. If they decide you are match they will usually tell you upon the end of the interview and they will run a background check and tell you when to come back for a drug test. If everything is okay with that they will call you back and make you a job offer.
