start by going to walmart.com scroll down to careers and click in it there you will begin the process it's about a 45 min application. once you have applied and been accepted they will call you in for a interview . there are three you have to pass then a drug test if you pass the drug test they will give u he job offer in which they state what your hourly pay will be. If you accept you have the job

the most difficult question for some one could be about your past or they have hypothetical questions about hypothetical situations.
it was a horrible experience. i do not recommended. they were asking for unreasonable things. i just did not agree with none of it. maybe for somebody else but not for me
