I originally went in for an open interview day. Over 500 people showed up within a 4hr time frame I went in at 11Am and left at 3:30pm.. My interview lasted only 3 minutes. and the man interviewing me couldn’t care less about what I was saying (kept looking behind me or at the ceiling) which was very distracting. I left that interview furious. One MONTH later I receive an email for an official interview. Picked my date and went in. When i got in I was interviewed by a Team Lead in Bakery but she told me they were hiring me for Cafe instead?? Asked me 3 questions before she got the Cafe manager I spoke to her and she told me that all they’re looking for is open availability and that if I get accepted it will be within the next few days. By the time i got to my car and I saw the offer email.

The interview felt light and conversational, with only a few questions asked. It was mostly informative about the job itself, giving me a clearer understanding. The meeting was held casually in the café area.

The interview was in person. They asked about job experience and how many hours I'd be willing to work. It wasn't a very formal interview it was more of a conversation.
I recieved a phone call and asked if I wanted the position. Came in one day to speak with the hiring manager and had a short interview. At the end I was told my pay and number of hours I'd work, along with other benefits.
