Communication prior to interview was lacking, so I was unsure where to go when I arrived at the location. Eventually went to member services. Employee was less than inviting, I waited for quite a while before my manager arrived to start the interview, even though I was scheduled and on time. We walked around the store as she conducted the interview, she said this was because it's where I'd spend most of my time. I found it a little uncomfortable as there were customers around. Then he asked questions more on my ability to do the functions listed in the job requirements: can you learn to operate heavy machinery, can you work in fast paced environment, do you have experience in retail, and what is your availability. I was recommended to the manager so it was very quick and easy. Sit down, introduce myself to the manager. After we got introduced he asked questions about my character, interests, and work related scenarios. Got hired right after the interview and setup my schedule.
