I applied online through the Careers section on the website. Got a call about 2-3 days later asking to come in for an interview. Went for in-person interview 3 days after getting the call and was offered the job! Overall very good experience.

-Asked if I knew how to do a base layer and borders
-In my cover letter, I attached pictures of previous cakes I decorated. I also showed the interviewer the same pictures; I think this helped a lot because it proved I had basic decorating abilities.
The interview felt light and conversational, with only a few questions asked. It was mostly informative about the job itself, giving me a clearer understanding. The meeting was held casually in the café area.

The interview was in person. They asked about job experience and how many hours I'd be willing to work. It wasn't a very formal interview it was more of a conversation.
I recieved a phone call and asked if I wanted the position. Came in one day to speak with the hiring manager and had a short interview. At the end I was told my pay and number of hours I'd work, along with other benefits.
