The initial interview with the recruiter went well...we spent over an hour discussing my qualifications and prepping to meet with the VP. Unfortunately I had to reschedule due to getting Covid. The rescheduled interview was then cancelled, and rescheduled again. When I called in, I waited for ten minutes and the VP did not show up. What is most disappointing about this process is that not only did the VP not respond with an apology, but neither the lead recruiter or the scheduler responded to my emails to explain what happened. This goes beyond ghosting and is simply bad manners.
