For the interview process, I got an email asking me to schedule a time for the interview. I applied late July and got an interview ending of September. I went to the Optical center, and the Optical Manager asked me to wait while she was getting ready. She called me in, and it was very relaxed. She asked about my experience in Optical and in customer service. After it was done, she showed me around the Optical Center. Afterward, she told me she would get back to me by Monday of next week. I got a call on Tuesday offering me the job.

Very easy, typical questions. tell us about yourself and asking different work situations you have had. Overall it was mostly about personality and if i would be a right fit for the position.
