I was called by one of the managers. I first interviewed with the front end manager. Standard quesiotns, past jobs, education, explain gaps in employment history. I then immediately interviewed with the store manager. Some of the same questions. They called my references while I waited. I was offered the posiiton on the spot, pending the results of background check and drug test. Then filled out some paperwork to begin the process. Once they received the results, I came back in and completed the new hire paperwork, received a tour of the facility and 2 week work schedule.
