Interview
After submitting an online application, I got a call about a week or two later to set up an interview. I went in and a supervisior asked pretty usual, non creative questions, I really got the impression it was more my attitude and friendliness they were worried about, as opposed to my answers. After that interview I left and the next day got a call for a second interview, this one was with a manager. She asked a lot of the same questions but a couple new ones, once agian really seemed to be more about attitude than the answers. After the second interview she told me then I'd be getting a call. The next day got the call to start orientation.

Easy and laid-back interview process. I felt comfortable and they were extremely open and answered all questions about the job. They were also helpful and patient when I was trying to figure out a different living situation while waiting to see if I accepted their offer.
