The interview process involved an applicant(me) and a Retail Supervisor. We sat in her office and conducted the interview. First, she discussed that we have to wear a hair net/hat in the kitchen at all times. Then. she talked about the rules and procedures at Crossmark. Also, she asked me some questions and see how I would market a product and persuade the customer to buy. Finally, she informed me that I was hired and see when I can start working.
