Samanage IT Support interview questions

Had an initial phone interview, which was fairly basic, and lasted around 25 minutes. I was told that I would hear something within a week. 3 days later, I got a follow-up call, and set up an in-person interview for 2 days later. The in-person interview, due to location, was done via Google hangout. This interview lasted around 52 minutes (was scheduled for 60 minutes), and was VERY professional. It was easy to see that the interviewer cared about the company, and that he cared about his reports. I was once again told that I would hear back within a week, which I was extremely impressed with. Every other interview process I have been through has stretched out over the course of at least 3+ weeks. I was given an offer the following day, which was incredible. The human resources team at this company definitely has their stuff together.
