I submitted my resume via email to the head of a department and was working closely with this individual during my senior year of college to provide current students with employment and internship opportunities. I then went through a brief phone screening and was offered to come into the office for an interview. I accepted and was flown in to interview. I interviewed, then was offered a position about two weeks later. I interviewed with five different people ranging in experience and had lunch with two newer hires.

I applied online. I had two phone interviews, one with HR and one with the manager and then one in-person interview. The phone interviews were nearly identical. They had you walk through your resume and have you tell them why this job is a good fit for you. The in-person interview typically has four or five people interviewing you. The hiring director, two other department heads and an experienced Actuary.
