I first talked with a recruiter from Samsara (30 min phone call) who asked about my sales background (quota attainment; average deal size) and reasons for wanting to work at Samsara and why I'm applying to this specific role.
I then went on to a 30 min video call with who would have been my sales manger. This went really quick. Very few behavioral questions and more asking specific questions from my resume on my experience and sales background.
I ultimately was not a good fit for the role, but the process was smooth and quick and they were very communicative. It was a positive experience overall despite not landing the role.
