My experience with the interview process was extremely disappointing. I advanced through three rounds of interviews, including a final interview with the CRO, and invested a significant amount of time throughout the process.
I was ultimately informed via text message that the company had decided not to move forward with any candidates. While I fully respect that hiring decisions don't always work out, what I found unprofessional was the lack of communication afterward. When I politely requested feedback, I received no response from either Caleb Newton or Kathleen McDaniel.
Providing constructive feedback to candidates who have dedicated their time and effort to multiple interview rounds is a basic professional courtesy. Even a brief conversation or email would have demonstrated respect for the candidate experience.
I have worked with many recruiting professionals throughout my career, and this is the first time I have experienced being completely ignored after reaching the final stage of the interview process. The lack of follow-up was disappointing and left a negative impression of the organization's hiring practices
