Reading through some of the reviews and I do agree with few folks comments about do not waste your time interviewing with this company. First I had a phone screen with recruiter, everything went OK and was later scheduled with a call with NPI Engineer on operation team. The engineers was not motivated at all, some of the questions I asked about the job role, he didn't bother to answer, all he kept saying was "this is a challenge position and we move at a very fast pace" Duh! we all know that, this is silicon Vally ok!I felt like they already have someone in place for this position so why bother to waste other people's time ? I don't believe they have a good team there giving the attitude of this engineer, why would someone want to work there ? Very arrogant and cocky. don't waste your time guys!
