What others have written about Samsara's hiring process for Product Managers at Glassdoor and other communities such as Blind is absolutely true. Super unstructured interview process with disengaged interviewers and recruiters. Long HW assignment . You are not even given a chance to present the deck which you are asked to prepare. Only one of the few companies which funnily asks you to do a HW assignment after onsite interviews. Pretty much all the interviewers will ask the same question.
As many have echoed, probably one of the worst interview experience for a tech company which has tasted success.
Advice to management - kindly make your interview process more transparent and engaged.
Direct to CPO after a round with lead Har person. Took 2 months or more in total. Generally pleased with how it panned out. Would recommend. Company on track for big things if you’re willing to work long hours.

They would ask you basic questions in the JD, Learn IT Ops and how technologies like cloud and data are solving problems. The HR staff are friendly but they would test your knowledge of the job

Good and positive experience. Walking thru the process was very useful. Initial screening focus based on the experience one had. And feedback provided as a follow up. Enough time was provided to the candidate to answer the questions and ask any clarifications or follow up queries.
