Throughout the interview process, HR, mgmt, and recruiters were incredibly helpful and very responsive (more so than any other company I have interviewed for). The interview process was a phone screen, then a behavioral interview, then a panel that included several small interviews and mock calls. It wasn't extremely challenging, but management wants to make sure you know your stuff and can think on your feet. Everyone was very professional and kind, which makes me excited to join the team.

The interview process, at least for this position, was fairly easy. However, it was the lack of clarity from the HR department that made me ultimately not accept their offer.

The process began with an introductory call and interview, then a secondary interview, and finally an interview that included a mock cold call that judged off how coachable you are as a potential employee. Everybody I interacted with was extremely supportive and encouraging throughout the whole process, making me feel very comfortable and open with them.
