It was way too much for what the job paid. Phone interview, interview with a manager, interview with a director. All of whom did not even work in the office I was applying to yet, as soon as the interview started with the manager somehow I felt like I had already not been selected because I did not "look the part" I know who and what this company likes to hire. Just being honest.
