A very senior member from the recruiting team reached out to me a week ago asking for my availability for a 1st round interview. I provided the times I could be available for the call and never heard back. I followed up yesterday to see if the interview was going to be scheduled and I received an automated rejection email this morning. I will definitely be sharing my experience with my network and will not recommend anyone I know to apply here. It's a real shame leadership on this team can't take the time to respond to an email, or even schedule an interview.
