30 min phone call, I don't think I did an amazing job, however the interviewee was very straight question and answer oriented, I expected it to be a little more conversation, I was nervous but she did not help me feel more comfortable but quite the opposite

The first interview was good. Recruiter had basic questions. Moved to next round and the questions were different. I am not sure the underlying reasons for the questions. I am only guessing it is due to being older than most employees.
