I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Samsara
Interview
Contacted by recruiter and scheduled an interview. Got pushed out suddenly and the actual interview was vague, as if it was being conducted just for the reason it was scheduled. Communication from recruiter was not timely and even the actual interviewer was in a rush to complete the interview just for formality sake.
The interview process consisted of meeting with the recruiter, the hiring manager, a panel of cross-functional partners, and, finally, an assignment. The process was streamlined and straight-forward and the recruiting team (consisting of the incredible Jess Guenette and Mario Castro) was available to answer any questions and be a resource every step of the way.
