A recruiter reached out to me and chatted about the opportunity at Samsara. I had not heard of the company but after researching the company, founders and opportunity for growth I was intrigued. The process consisted of talking with the hiring manager and then 4 senior leaders at the company along with members of the team. The interview was primarily virtual with an in person option. There was take home test that I provided and was reviewed with the hiring manager. The offer decision was delivered promptly after the interviews were completed. I was impressed by the caliber of the people I spoke with and the passion they had for the business.
