The recruiter didn't call me at our scheduled (and confirmed) time. She didn't respond to my email until hours later when she said the interview "wasn't on her calendar." We rescheduled for the following week, she called me late, and didn't acknowledge the previous missed interview we had scheduled. The interview itself was unhelpful. When I asked about retention and organizational structure, the recruiter said it was "amazing" and didn't provide more information. She sounded bored throughout the exchange. My rejection for the role came via an automated email saying my application didn't meet standards they were looking for - it was the same email I received for a role I applied for and didn't get an interview with.
