Samsara does not respect the time of the people they are interviewing. I had an initial interview with a recruiter, then the interview with the hiring manager. Then I had to take a whole day off of work to go through what they call a panel interview but isn't really a panel interview because it's 6 individual interviews scheduled in the same day. One of which was rescheduled so I had to take time off work another day to accommodate. Also, there was no follow up. I only found out that I wasn't chosen because I contacted them after seeing the job reposted. Note to Samsara: Panel interview means 2 or more people are interviewing a person at the same time. Change your process so you're not wasting our time due to your inability to coordinate your interviewers to conduct an actual panel interview.
