Start to finish my experience interviewing with Samsara was great. The recruiter for this role was on vacation for most of the process and things still ran super smoothly which I think is a testament to how well run that side of the business is. The process moved pretty quickly (3.5 weeks from when I submitted my application and 2.5 weeks from when I first heard back from the hiring manager). The team was extremely mindful of my timeline/clock on competing offers and made getting me an answer on time a priority. Everyone I spoke with throughout the process was really friendly, provided insightful answers to my questions, and set clear expectations on what was expected during our call. I found it particularly helpful how much information was provided over email about both Samsara and the interview process. It helped me prepare for all of my interviews and get a solid understanding of what it would be like to work there before even talking with anybody. Can't say enough good things about my experience and I'm super excited to be joining the team!
