Very thorough. They are very intentional about getting to know you and asking very intentional questions about your background and experience which I really appreciated. Probably the most thorough interview process I have been through in the sense that they were truly trying to get to know my experience, my skillset, my value I can bring. Very thoughtful questions. You can tell they care about who they hire.

The recruiter no-showed to our phone screen.
We finally connected for a phone screen, and he said he would get back to me no later than 2 business days.
4 business days later, he sent me an invite for a round two. It turns out it wasn't an actual round two, it was another initial phone screen with him because he forgot that he already interviewed me.
He profusely apologized for the mixup and said he would get back to me (in all caps) "no later than the end of the day."
2 days later, he sent me an auto rejection email.
How can I expect this recruiter to fairly evaluate my fitness to work at Samsara when this is the type of work they do.

Not sure what they were thinking..too many behavioral questions..not even an attempt to understand the candidates strengths..simply introduce themselves and jump into written questions and find answers..7 rounds and every round is 45min long with 40 mins of these
