The interview process was great. The recruiter I was paired with was genuine and transparent - he laid out the different types of questions that would be asked and all the individuals that I would be interviewed by so that I could prepare. And - all my interviewers were so nice and it felt like they took a genuine interest in getting to know me and understand my responses (beyond just evaluating me). This was a great first impression and I have been pleasantly surprised to find everyone I've met since joining Samsara to share the same openness and kindess.
