The interview process was very well organized and the recruiter Jess Guenette was great to work with. She was transparent, kept me in the loop throughout the process and also acted as an advocate. I was referred by a current employee who submitted my resume. The recruiter Jess then reached out to me for an interview. I first spoke to Jess, then was asked to complete a project that took about 2 hours. I then spoke to the hiring manager, where we discussed the project and other questions she had. Then I spoke to 3 other people on the team and one of the executives. I had a few offers from other companies, which I let them know about, so they were able to move quickly to offer so that I could compare my options. Ultimately I decided to accept at Samsara.
