Interview
There were 5 interviews including one with the Recruiter. The interview process was straight forward and very fast. There was one interview with the Recruiter, one with the Hiring Manager, two with the team and one was an exercise that consisted of homework and a presentation afterwards.

They asked quite a few behavioural questions. Right now I cannot recall any of them. Definitely prepare examples and use STAR method to answer them.

Interview
Pretty straightforward. Set up a phone interview with recruiter. I think they are incredibly busy because the recruiter was not very responsive via email and was late calling me for the initial phone interview. The recruiter also seemed very distracted and zoned out on the call. I could literally hear all types of movement and background noise over the phone. Overall, did not seem very engaged. However, it is probably not her fault. Companies going through this high growth tend to keep recruiters very very busy. Perhaps they could invest in a few more hires to handle the load.
