Took a month and half to set up an interview with the company. First got contacted by the recruiter that they would like to set up a second interview with the manager. Second interview went well the manager was very helpful in describing the job and was very easy to talk to. After the phone call I was set up to meet with a 3 person panel. Unfortunately the day before I had the interview someone close to me had passed and I was still distraught and in mourning. It was a little to late to reschedule so I just went into the interview anyways the following day. The first guy that interviewed me kept it rather short to 3 questions and seemed like he was to busy to be conducting an interview. The next interviewer was extremely helpful and made it seemed like I was interesting candidate. Third interviewer was with the manager again, but face to face. The interview process was overall welcoming and pleasant I have no complaints. I wish I was more focused and on my game for this interview because my mind was a little cloudy at the time. The only thing that I did not like throughout the whole process is that when I had try to contact the recruiter on feedback after the interview, they refused to answer my email. So I can pretty much safely assume that I did not get the job after 2 months.
