First round - HR interview. Basic profile questions and discussion about the role Second round- The Manager and Director conducts video call interview. The Manager is clueless about how to take an interview and the Director seemed as if he was not aware that he has to be on the call. Pretty bad experience. Both the interviewers were not even ready to take the interview. It was just too demotivating to see such a company having that kind of a team. No professionalism in terms of dressing and also the video and audio quality. Expected to be at-least good at technology side (video and audio) as it is Samsung.
