It was an assessment day and I was divided into 3 sections. Before starting the interview, the HR team did some ice breakers and showed us some promotional videos of the company. The first section was a group presentation. Each team had around 5 people and they had to work as a team to go through all the information that was provided and in the end they had to give a presentation to the interviewers. Throughout this whole process, there were people observing how you interacted with the other candidates. The second section was an individual presentation. Here you will have to go through the whole deck of information and make powerpoint slides to present. Following the presentation, you will be asked a range of questions on the presentation. Finally, you will have a 1-1 interview. This is very standard as they will ask you a combination of both motivational and competence based questions.
