After your application is selected, you will have to take GSAT (Global Samsung Aptitude Test) at a designated location with all other applicants, then go for an Interview in which 4 applicants will go into a same room where they meet 4 interviewers at the same time.

Mostly asking about yourself. I applied right after graduation so it was entry level
It was very thorough with star format behavioral questions. I had about 5 questions that asked me to tell me about a time when I did something. The interview itself took about 25 minutes and it was fairly laid back.
