First there's online tests for numerical reasoning, situational judgement, etc. Passing that, you then have to do a video interview answering a few preset questions. Then there's a long wait to hear back before being invited to an assessment centre (virtual during pandemic). At the AC you give a presentation, complete a group exercise, and then have final interview.
