5 stage process IT iinvolves from first analytic and then english paper and then 2 interviews are there. sometimes till this everything is fine but if somehow they want to check more then they go for one more HR round it is very advisable to be confident in this process and say what you want . Do show interest for the job , they will must take you and even encourage you for additional processes to get further.
