Have two session
1. exam involve with personality and IQ test
- All question is MCQ and 1 hour time given to complete the test.
2. face to face Interview with head of department and department manager
- Not too technical interview.
- most of the question is to look for candidate confident and critical thinking.

Interview
It was casual and ok. Inexperienced HR person with common HR questions like tell us your greatest strength & weakness. Come on, they need to grow up. Hiring manager did not ask any technical question. It was a leisure talk with them.
