I appreciate the opportunity to interview with your company. However, I have some concerns regarding the nature of the questions being asked. Some of the inquiries seem to delve into personal information that feels unrelated to the job role. Could you please clarify the relevance of these questions to the position I am applying for? I believe in maintaining professional boundaries and ensuring that the information I share is pertinent to my qualifications and experience relevant to the job.
They started the interview by introducing themselves. The team leader, the project manager and one person from HR attended. The interview lasted half an hour and after I introduced myself, they asked me questions about the projects I was involved in. 3 days after the interview, they stated that I was not suitable for the position. I also agree with this opinion. Overall, it was a chill interview.
