Process is simple
1. 2-3 rounds of technical interview. This is dependent on the team which hires you.
2. All the rounds are technical interviews.
3. Last round may happen with manager.
4. HR interview is just for its sake, they do not have any say on the recruitment process.
5. Once Manager and the team finds you suitable u are offered.
6. HR only negotiates with you about final salary.
7. Sometimes, I have seen that managers also try to coalesce you to join.
8. Director may also join in the interview and just like to have a chat with you, incase the appointment is for higher posts.

Good Interview. Had 2 rounds - telephonic and onsite. Onsite was for around 4.5 hours. Everyone was relaxed. Good questions. Mix of technical and behavioral questions.
