The process was very efficient. The HR was very helpful. The people who interviewed me were very knowledgeable. They were well organized by the hiring lead. They asked good questions to examine whether I have the solid technical skills and people skills for the job. They are a competent group of people and I love to work with.

Several phone screens before site visit to Milpitas, 4 rounds of technical interview, hiring manager was present throughout the day, which was different, 1:1 with hiring manager was very long, well over 2-3 hours spanning project management questions, technical questions, probably even solution seeking questions, total interview lasted about 8 hours.
