SanDisk Mask Designer interview questions

Firstly i had an interview on the phone and later when i was through it i was called for a direct personal interview only after three weeks after the initial telephonic round. Later I was called upon for another round of personal interview and this was also intimated to me only after three weeks. then i was sent an offer letter after almost more than two weeks.
