Interview
After submitting my resume, I had a screen and then didn’t pass to the next round. Recruiter was kind and clear. She outlined the job well and seemed interested in me.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at SanMar in Feb 2021
Interview
Was a great interview until I met with the team. The first interviewer from the team round was cold, never looked into the camera, but away and seemed uninterested. I told myself I probably shouldn't move forward with the subsequent interview as something was off like they already had someone in mind but had to go through the motions anyway. The second interviewer wore a better mask but still I figured I never really stood a chance and never heard back. Trust me I didnt wait by the phone. My intial interview set the tone for a friendly and wonderful company, however the team I met with definitely wasnt a reflection of that sentiment.
