Interview
The first step is a phone interview with hiring managers and as second step an onsite interview where you have to give a presentation of the scientific background and project you have been involved (several peers), then comes discussion with hiring managers and then the final discussion with HR associates.

Interview
First I had a telephone interview. Almost after a week, I was invited for the in-person interview. Friendly and nice people. I was asked to present my scientific project for 30 min and after that, they asked me scientific and general questions. For my presentation, 6 people were in the room that 2 of them left after the interview and I continued the interview with four more people which one of them were from HR department.
